Meet The Team

Christopher Pouch

Co-Founder & CEO

Founding partner and CEO Chris Pouch has more than 25 years of experience in the
residential and commercial construction industry. He believes in strong
communication to enhance relationships, which in turn keeps TIG’s projects
on schedule. His approach to keeping projects on budget starts from the
moment his clients first contact him. Chris’s approach to completing a project
on time and on budget starts with his team at TIG. His understanding of the
current work environment and continuous support for his team members
demonstrates his strong leadership.
Chris has a variety of construction knowledge to bring to the table. He has
worked on projects from high-rise ground up’s to small bathroom remodels.
Chris has experience and certifications in Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical.
This variety of experience allows him to understand all aspects of
construction and fore see any possible issues in the future. Thus saving time
and money through a project for his customers.
Away from the office, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends. He
loves playing golf, fishing, hunting and attending sporting events.

Milton Ramos

Co-Founder & COO

Founding partner and COO Milton Ramos has more than 14 years of experience in the
construction industry.
As Chief Operating Officer, Milton oversees our scheduling team and
corporate operations administration. He is responsible for driving all projects
to successful completion while upholding our operational standards of
excellence across all markets.
Milton has proven himself to be a valuable resource and partner to TIG
Contracting with his relationship-centric approach and calm and steady
demeanor. He has been an integral part of our expansion efforts as he has
overseen some of our most monumental projects. Milton exemplifies our TIG
Contracting Leader competencies and is well-respected within the
construction community.
Away from the office, Milton enjoys spending time with his family. All
while trying to get some rest due to becoming a new father to his baby
Hanna. He loves playing golf, boating, jet skiing, and kite surfing.

Tim Russell

General Manager

Prior to joining TIG Contracting, Tim was the General Manager at Mid-Atlantic Painting from August of 2017 to September of 2024. At the beginning of his career, Tim opened Seabord Painting in 1985, where he was the sole Owner and Operator. Afterwards, he moved on the become a Sales Representative for Duron Paints–winning Sales Representative of the Year in Tidewater. Duron was then purchased by Sherwin Williams, where Tim continued as their Sales Representative. 

Tim has experience working with surrounding trades ensuring the jobs move along schedule. He is an accomplished listener–enabling him to recognize the different needs for each of his customers. With his experience in Sales, Tim is well versed in the paint world. He will guide you to the perfect product for each job.
Away from the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife of 39 years. They both are close to their children and families, especially their grandchildren. The Russell family gets together most weekends for family dinner and occasional trips to the beach. Tim also enjoys playing golf and woodworking.

Kelsey Walker

Office Manager

Kelsey Walker joins us as Office
Manager and Purchasing Admin, bringing nearly 10 years of customer service
experience across various industries, with the last 5 years focused on residential and
commercial construction. Kelsey also has project management experience from working
with local home repair non-profits, which allows her to better understand the need for
well-organized systems to increase productivity.
Kelsey believes in TIG’s commitment to its customers and works to facilitate efficient
communication, streamline processes, and deliver the best product possible.
Away from the office, Kelsey is dedicated to her family, friends, and community. She
enjoys many hobbies, including face painting, crafting in any form, reading, kayaking,
gardening, and baking. Her eagerness to learn new skills translates into a “no problem I
can’t solve” attitude.

Rose Pouch

Administrative Assistant

Welcome our latest addition, Rose-she is currently our Administrative Assistant for the office. She is new to the field, but is eager to learn the in’s and out’s of construction alongside her father-Chris Pouch.

She is systematic in keeping track of what is happening in the office, as well as checking on the status of our current projects. With her detail oriented mind-set, she is eager to ensure that everything is going accordingly. 

Rose graduated as a student athlete for the Virginia Tech Swim and Dive Team, with a bachelors in Animal and Poultry Science and Dairy Science. Afterwards, she proceeded to work at Strawbridge Animal Care from 2023 to 2024. She holds a close affinity to all furry companions! 

Outside of work, Rose likes keeping herself active. She enjoys body building, hiking, rock climbing, baking, and spending time with her family.
